Jean-Pierre has over a decade of experience in fitness, health, wellness and personal performance. As a former semi-professional cyclist, former professional Muay Thai fighter and an Ironman, Jean-Pierre is passionate about using his knowledge, expertise and personal life experiences to focus on changing four key areas of his clients lives. He calls these areas the Four Pillars of Peak Performance and includes their focus and beliefs, nutrition, physical body and ability to de-stress and re-energise.
He has worked with Celebrities, CEO’s, Olympic athletes and influential men and women who demand more from their lives including James Cracknell (double Olympic gold medalist) and Sam Claflin (Actor and A-list Celebrity).
