Kay Reeve has found fascination in the emotional cycle for many years. Her intuition has seen her through many challenges, with health issues, abuse in relationships, stress, finances, and burnout through work. After years of supporting her own son through chronic depression, Kay needed to find a way, to teach him, to manage his own emotions.
Kay set about piecing together, the workings of the emotional cycle. The result was so powerful and successful with her son, she started her own training business to raise awareness of emotional health. Training is available for anyone able to support others, such as leaders, therapists and teachers.
Specially for the Yes Group, Kay will share insights through personal stories and a colourful presentation. Kay will highlight the importance of ‘understanding’ the emotional cycle. Apparently, we all have an identical cog for thinking, but how we use that cog is what makes all just as unique.
